This name is derived from one of the member estates located on the hills towards the east of the town of Castelnuovo del Garda. The characteristic micro-climate is particularly favourable to the cultivation of grapes of the highest quality. For this reason, the company has chosen these vineyards to represent their “cru’s”: DOC and DOCG wines, the “top” range, produced from carefully selected and hand picked grapes, vinified with particular attention in order to offer the consumer, always more curious and demanding, wines of unique personality and Veronese traditions.
Bianco di Custoza Superiore DOC
Obtained from Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Tocai Friulano, Cortese and Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected during the harvest and left to rest and dry in trays. After a brief ageing of 6 months in barriques, the wine is left to rest in bottle for approximately 1 month. The colour is pale yellow, the bouquet is intense with notes of vanilla and yellow fruits. The taste is full and persistent.

"Vigneto Prandell" Lugana Superiore DOC
Obtained exclusively from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes grown on the hills located towards the south of Lake Garda, harvested when ripe at the end of September. This Lugana wine is aged in barriques for 6 - 8 months, then left in bottle until the complete "maturity" is reached, normally between 30 - 45 days. The colour is pale yellow with golden reflexes, the bouquet is delicate and pleasing. The taste is soft and well balanced with pleasant notes of wood.

"Pra dell'Albi" Bardolino Superiore DOCG
From the grapes Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara, specially selected during the harvest, then left to rest in trays. After a 2 month period, once the grapes have dried, the vinification process begins, normally during the month of December. Then follows an ageing in barriques and bottle for more than 1 year. The colour is an intense ruby red, the bouquet is characteristic and delicate, the taste is dry, pleasant and well balanced, with slight notes of wood.

Campo dei Rovi Rosso del Veneto IGT
Obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Corvina grapes harvested when perfectly ripe. After the traditional vinifcation and pressing with the skins, the wine is racked and devatted a number of times.
The ageing process, partly in large oak barrels and partly in smaller barriques, is then followed by a resting period in bottles for 30 - 45 days. The colour is deep red with granite reflexes, the taste is full, dry and soft.

"Remenato Passito" Bianco di Custoza Passito DOC
Made from Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano and Cortese grapes, specially selected from only the best vineyards located on the sun exposed hills around the south east of Lake Garda. The garpes are then laid to rest on trays. Once they are well dried after a 3 month period, the vinification process begins including fermentation in barrique and racking. After the wine has rested for atleast 10 months, it is bottled and left to settle. The colour is golden yellow, the bouquet is intense and fruity. The taste is full, sweet and velvety with slight wood notes.
